Structural Joint Balancing
Structural joint balancing (SJB) is both an assessment and a corrective technique that evaluates the body for compensations and imbalances across all planes of movement. This is critical because we function in multiple movement directions. If you only assess how someone feels lying on a table, what happens when they stand up or start walking? Structural joint balancing looks at the whole picture, helping people move better and get out of pain for good. Clients report increased stability, improved range of motion, enhanced performance in sports and workouts, reduced pain, faster injury recovery, and relief from headaches, backaches, vertigo, TMJ, carpal tunnel, incontinence, and more.
